APHL RELEASES 2025/2026 SCHEDULE
TOLEDO, OH (July 30, 2025) – The American Premier Hockey League (APHL) announced Wednesday that it will drop the puck for its highly anticipated 2025–26 season on Saturday, October 18, with four teams opening their home schedules in front of their fans.
Opening Night will feature the Ridgetown Royals hosting the Summit City Distillers at East Kent Memorial Arena, while the West Michigan Sentinels welcome the Motor City Muskies to Cedar Rock Sportsplex. In Toledo, the Mobsters will play at Team Toledo Ice House against the Wooster Bulls, and the Iron City Forgeface off with the Thousand Island Raiders at Frozen Pond Arena.
The action continues on Saturday, October 25, with another wave of home openers. The Motor City Muskies host the Buffalo Tempest at Lincoln Park Community Center, the Northern Michigan Warhounds open at the Otsego County Sportsplex against the Sentinels, and the Wooster Bulls christen their home slate at Alice Noble Arena against the Mobsters.
The month of November sees two more teams light the lamp in front of home fans for the first time. The Thousand Island Raiders open their season at Cerow Recreation Park on November 1 against the Iron City Forge, while the Buffalo Tempest make their long-awaited home debut at Hyde Park Ice Pavilion on November 8 against Iron City.
