Former Wooster Bulls rebrand to the Wooster Warhawks

American Premier Hockey League Announces Termination of Wooster Bulls; Welcomes Newly Branded Wooster Warhawks

Wooster, Ohio — The American Premier Hockey League (APHL) announced today the official termination of the Wooster Bulls franchise. Effective immediately, the Bulls organization will cease operations within the league.

Following this transition, the league is pleased to welcome a new ownership group that will operate a newly branded franchise, the Wooster Warhawks, which will continue to represent the Wooster community in the APHL.

The Wooster Warhawks will remain based at Alice Noble Ice Rink in Wooster, Ohio, ensuring that Senior A / Semi-Professional hockey continues to thrive in one of Ohio’s passionate hockey communities. The new ownership group has committed to building a competitive and professionally operated organization that reflects the standards and vision of the APHL.
