Warhounds Name Joshua Parisio Head Coach Ahead of 2025–26 Season

July 5, 2025 – American Premier Hockey League

The American Premier Hockey League acknowledges the Northern Michigan Warhounds on officially naming Joshua Parisio as their Head Coach for the upcoming 2025–26 season.

Parisio spent the entire 2024–25 campaign behind the bench, guiding the Warhounds through a competitive regular season and into a hard-fought playoff run. His leadership, strategic approach, and connection with players were evident all year, as the team consistently battled with heart and discipline.

“Coach Parisio earned the respect of his players and the league with the way he led that team all season,” said Joshua Way, APHL Co-Commissioner. “He represents the kind of leadership we value in this league—dedicated, steady, and committed to player development. We’re proud to see him continue with the Warhounds in an official head coaching role.”

The Warhounds continue to build a culture grounded in effort, integrity, and growth—traits that mirror Parisio’s coaching style. As the team gears up for its second APHL season, the league looks forward to seeing the impact of consistent leadership and continued momentum under Coach Parisio.

Congratulations to the Warhounds and Coach Parisio as they prepare to go to battle once again.
